The Electronics on X Series needs replacing (Parvalux)

Instructions

Remove the front cover
Remove the screws and snip the cable ties to free the cables
Remove the clip holding the electronics box in place
Snip the cable ties to remove
Pop out the switch and remove from the cables
Pop out the LED and twist to remove from the housing
Unscrew and remove the front cover clip using a T20 Torx Screwdriver
Using a 10mm socket and spanner remove the nuts and bolts attaching the aerials to the cart
Snip the cable tie around the Motor
Slide back the cover around the motor and disconnect the cables on the top and bottom of the motor
Repeat the process for the other motor
Feed the cables under the rear cover and away from the motor
Repeat this process for the other aerial housing
You will now be able to remove the electronics from the cart

Insert the new complete set of electronics into the X Follow
Make sure the longer cable and aerial housing is connected to the left-hand motor
Feed the aerial housing under the rear cover and attach it to the motor
Using the socket and spanner place and tighten the bolts holding the aerial on to the motor
Repeat the process for the other motor
Reattach the cables to the motor making sure that the BROWN cable is attached to the top and the BLUE to the bottom.
Tie the cable around the motor to hold the cables in place
Repeat the process for the other motor
Using the T20 Torx screwdriver, attach the front cover clip back into the rear cover
Place the cables into the grooves in the chassis and hold into place using the cable ties and screws
Feed the switch cables through the slot and attach the switch to both cables
Feed the LED cables through the slot place the LED sleeve over the LED until it clicks into place
Proceed to feed the supplies cable ties around the cables and tie bar and tighten
Repeat this process for both sides of the tie bar
Continue to place the cables on the left-hand side of the trolley in the designated grooves and secure with the cable ties and screws
Reattach the clip to secure the electronics box in place
