If you have ordered anything except a Cart then you can change the delivery address in the UPS smartphone app.
Carts, because of their high value, can only be delivered to the address given when the order was placed.
In terms of trolleys bought on finance, these can only be delivered to the address on the credit agreement you will have signed with our finance partner.
