All orders placed through our website will be shipped using a secure courier service provided by UPS. After placing your order, you will receive an official order confirmation from us by email that will state the scheduled date of despatch.
If your order is placed after 12pm, Monday to Friday, or on the weekend (including national holidays), then your order will be processed the following working day, for despatch the day after. For example, if you place an order after 12pm on Monday, this will be processed by our sales team on Tuesday, for despatch on Wednesday.
Orders are shipped from our facilities in Texas, and may take up to 5 working days to arrive with you depending on where you reside in the US. All shipments are fully tracked to give you full peace of mind.
Shipping charges range from $15 - $20, depending on items ordered. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $500.
Please be aware shipments will require a signature upon delivery for security purposes of the order.
