The battery is purposely made to be a tight fit to stop it from rattling in the chassis. Sand or dirt can also get trapped and make it stiff to release.
Try these steps:
-Press down on the battery while pressing the release button, then lift.
-Stand in front of the cart and pull the battery towards you while pressing the release button.
*If your golf course has access to a compressed airline, we would advise giving your cart a once over to ensure that there is no dirt or debris stuck in the hard to reach areas.
