Instructions
Removal
- Remove the Rear Cover Chassis Clips
- Securing the bolt head with a spanner, remove the motor screws using a screwdriver
- Remove the tie bar
- Lift main support away
- Remove and disconnect on/off switch
- Remove the LED light from the bezel
- Remove the left and right ‘ducks’
- Drill out the rivets at the back of the cart
- Lift the cover off
Replacing
- Place new cover on chassis
- Ensure captive nuts are inside and back when placed on the rear cover
- Feed through the LED Light and attach to the bezel
- Reattach the on/off switch and secure in place
- Place main support on the Rear Chassis
- Insert the tie bar through cover and main support
- Replace the motor screws, taking note that the split washer is for the top middle mounting
- Insert and tighten all fixings on both sides once in place
- Reapply the rivets at the back of the rear cover using a rivet gun
- Secure the Rear Cover Chassis Clips
